Anil Chintalapudi is Associate Vice President for Software Development within the CIO Verizon Business organization. Anil leads a transformational development team responsible for Verizon Business digital sales systems, supporting solutions for B2B customer segments, including Global Enterprise, Business Markets, Public Sector and Wholesale customers.

Anil’s expertise covers all domains of the technology lifecycle, including design, development, utilization, management, evaluation and implementation. His focus areas include digital marketing technologies, AI and GenAI implementation, enterprise architecture, IoT, as well as Salesforce automation and Pega decisioning. Anil has an intricate understanding of the sales and ordering customer journey which has allowed him to innovate and deliver solutions that meet the unarticulated needs of the business. Anil is passionate about simplifying and enhancing the end user experience to empower sales teams to drive revenue growth through technology.

Anil is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of industry and product experience. He started his career at Verizon in 2001 and has held numerous technical and leadership roles ever since. In his prior role, Anil was responsible for the systems transformation of Verizon Connect, Verizon’s fleet management software and connected vehicle platform. He has a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation, including high-profile transformations that have resulted in NPV savings of over $1.6 billion. He has also successfully led system consolidations, modernizations, migrations and digital transformations.

Anil leads a global, cross-functional team, fostering a culture of shared success and winning mindset through the promotion of key values. Compassion, integrity, continuous learning, and servant leadership are the cornerstones of his leadership style. He also keeps a relentless focus on operational excellence and sets a high bar on performance and continuous improvement. Anil has been a dedicated executive sponsor of multiple internal employee programs, including Vleads for leadership development and the Women of the World leadership program. Anil is an executive member of CTO Forum, a non-profit organization supporting technology and business leaders to engineer for the future.

Anil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Gulbarga University, India and is currently pursuing his Executive Master Degree in Business Administration from Washington State University. Anil currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his family and enjoys running, practicing yoga, and cooking global cuisines.
