Mike has dedicated over 25 years to the field of information technology, focusing on creating frictionless environments that enhance connectivity and achieve significant goals. As the chief information officer at Comcast Cable, he leads his team in shaping the future of connectivity by designing and operating the digital core that supports superior experiences for customers, teammates, and frontline employees. His work involves spearheading large-scale digital transformations across web, mobile, and desktop platforms, utilizing agile methodologies and continuous innovation to deploy services swiftly and effectively.

Prior to his current role, Mike served as the senior vice president of residential services and the SVP of product and platform services development at Comcast. In these capacities, he collaborated closely with business owners to craft strategic plans and ensure timely delivery of systems that impact the entire customer lifecycle. His areas of responsibilities have included activation and provisioning across all products, employee and customer user interfaces, repair and support, core services, workforce management, DevOps tools and infrastructure, and employee engagement.

Outside of work, Mike is deeply committed to his community, serving as a volunteer emergency medical technician and firefighter for 25 years—a role that he believes not only gives back to the community but also grounds him and amplifies his impact.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from George Mason University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
