Priya is IBM’s telecom, media & entertainment (TME) industry client strategy & innovation leader. She works with clients to reimagine their futures, identifying game-changing transformations that fuel business growth, stay ahead of the curve, and propel them to unparalleled competitiveness. She is a telecommunications engineer by training, with significant strategy consulting and technology implementation experience. She brings her deep and broad understanding of the telecom value chain, partnerships, competitions, regulation, automation, and advanced technologies to help clients understand the business value of technology.

Priya has special interests in AI for telecommunications and 5G commercialisation and is a member of the AI expert working group for the UK’s Telecommunication Innovation Network (UKTIN). She is an author of a book, peer-reviewed journal articles, and IBM publications; Priya is also a speaker at conference keynotes and panels as well as university guest lectures
