Rahul is a senior technology leader in the telecom industry with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record in driving solutions for complex business problems, such as digital transformation, 1:1 personalization, legacy transformation, and deploying new products and services.

Rahul and his team have built BSS and personalization platforms at scale. They have used a combination of off-the-shelf and homegrown products to enable Verizon to drive 1:1 personalization and customer insights across assisted and digital channels. This has helped to drive marketing engagement and customer service.

He leads a global, cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end delivery of Verizon Consumer Group’s marketing and personalization programs for mobile and home. Additionally, Rahul is responsible for overall MarTech platform strategy, leveraging several industry-leading products, including Google, Pega and Adobe.

Rahul lives in the Dallas / Fort Worth area with his wife and two sons. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, creating art, and spending time with his family.
