With more than 25+ years of industry experience, Ronan Bracken is Director of Product Management for Incognito Software's Service Activation Center (SAC). Based in Ireland, Ronan leads an R&D team that provides software product solutions to automate the provisioning of subscriber services. Ronan's key area of interest is the abstraction of the many complexities of service delivery, both physical and virtual, to the subscriber across multiple network technologies, fiber, mobile, cable, metro ethernet. Ronan is massive evangelist for standards bodies such as TMForum and Broadband Forum, focused on the automation challenges, provisioning and closed loop, between the business/operations layers down to the network technologies.
