ServiceOrders, which are used to provision services, can be initiated in a number of ways, such as by a CustomerOrder to provision CustomerFacingServices that realized the Product(s) on the order or to reconfigure/reprovision Services as a result of a problem with them.<br/>The following Figure shows the basic model and how ServiceOrder and ServiceOrder item inherit from entities in the Business Interaction ABE.<br/>
