A goal that is defined and specified may be realized based on different strategies. The statement of a goal includes setting a direction which is the verb that denotes a direction of thought regarding an ambition. e.g. Goals like "Increase Sales", "Reduce Cost" have a direction which is "increase" – an upward positive improvement of sales between the organization and prospective customers, and for "reduce cost" a downward or negative improvement of cost towards the company. <br/><br/>
