The purpose of the Report Customer Experience Data processes is to format reports of collected and correlated data to different areas of development. For example, for the development of Product Offerings, it is interesting to get a view of the customers’ satisfaction with different Product Offerings and the customers’ behavior with using the Product Offerings.<br/>For the management and development of the Sales and Marketing it is interesting to get the customers’ response to Sales and Marketing Campaigns.<br/>For the management and development of customer relationships it is interesting to follow the Customer Journeys.<br/>
