Customer Experience Collection & Correlation : Public <<TMF_Process>> eTOM Process
The purpose of the Customer Experience Collection & Correlation process is to collect Customer interaction related data and correlate the data to the Customer’s products, interactions and customer journeys. This Customer Experience data is formatted as feedback reports to feed into the Business Value Development processes to support improvements. Data related to customers interactions are:<br/><br/>Customer Journey overall success<br/>Marketing campaigns<br/>Sales Campaigns<br/>Order Capture<br/>Customer Support<br/>Product Usage and Satisfaction<br/>Billing and Payment <br/><br/>Such data is collected and correlated to create feedback reports for customer interaction initiatives like product offerings, sales and marketing campaigns and customer journey activities.<br/>
