Business Partner Order Management

The Business Partner Order Management  processes track, monitor and report on an order to another Business Partner to ensure that the interactions are in accordance with the agreed commercial agreements with the other  Business Partner.<br/>External parties are engaged when:<br/>• specific resources need to be purchased and delivered to satisfy resource orders;<br/>• the enterprise has outsourced specific activities to another Business Partner that are required to be utilized as part of an activity (i.e. outsourced installation activities);<br/>• the specific service is purchased from another Business Partner (as in an interconnect service);<br/>• the specific product and/or service, or specific product and/or service component, is owned and delivered by an another Business Partner, or<br/>• previously issued orders for specific resources or services need to be modified or cancelled.<br/>Business Partner Order Handling<br/>
