Training Management::Design Training Program

Design Training Program business activity develops the blueprint of capabilities and facilities that achieve training performance goals based on the enterprises learning objectives and knowledge management goals.  Design Training Program correlates Learning Management objectives and prior Training Management lessons into training strategies most appropriate for participants. It includes designing the Training Objectives, Developing Training Plan and identifying the type/way/method to implement training (supervised: hands-on; unsupervised: simulation, experiential etc.) that is appropriate and impactful to participants.   The output of Design Training activity eradicates the gaps in training and with capability and facilities that assure better training performance.<br/>
