The Agree Privacy Policy process creates the agreement regarding the Privacy Management of a Data Subject. When subscribing to a service or product, or when a relationship is created with any Engaged Party , this Party has to agree with a Privacy Policy, originally coming from the default privacy policy of the company. Depending on the flexibility of the PII privacy attributes, the Party can agree on some parameters or change the setting to increase or decrease the Rules openness. It corresponds to the electronic version of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy related to a Company and Service provided by this Company.<br/>
