Customer Order Management::Customer Order Completion

The Customer Order Completion function enables to complete and finalize the Customer Order, after its validation with the requester and before triggering its delivery, with collect of Customer Data.<br/>The complements could concern customer order links with actors, dates, appointment, address, billing account.<br/><br/>The final validation of the Customer Order can trigger the generation of documents such as:<br/>• a contract document, summing up the customer order, and the standard and specific sales terms<br/>• a simplified identification mean such as QR / bar code, and its sending to the customer, by MMS, email, … to ease later interactions and identification of the order. Example: to pick up in store a goods product ordered from web portal or mobile apps, the customer just needs to present the sent QR / bar code.<br/>
