The Workforce Schedule Management Aggregate Function permits to initiate and update staff calendars and availability per type of activity and possible carrying out models – at team and individual levels – according to criteria and rules.<br/><br/>The workload management schedule is first concerned by future requirements and is limited to capacity management - for internal teams and subcontractors. It uses mid-term activity forecasts.<br/>The workload management schedule is then updated and detailed at teams and - if necessary - individuals levels to become operational (ex: for the next 2 weeks).<br/><br/>The scheduled can be adapted depending on Workforce Activity Tracking information.
