Workload Forecasting provides forecasting of the workload and respective assignable staffing requirements on a daily, weekly, and longer period basis. As well as supports the prediction of work loads (taking into account trends, events, geographic distribution, etc.) to create short- and longer-term forecasts of how much, what types, and where work can be expected.<br/>
