It is an indication of a number of potential issues if there is spike in the number of tickets closed on the last day or last few days of the quarter or monitoring period. A spike at the end of the quarter can be an indicator of issues such as: solutions that were shipped prematurely, clearing of inventories of solutions that did not meet customer needs (or expectations).<br/>
