   Accelerated Service Centric Autonomous Network Operations.

   Slide 2:

   This Catalyst project empowers the CSP Champions to Accelerates CSP
   Digital Transformation Journey to Service Centric Autonomous Network
   Operations for Competitive Customer Experience, Operations Excellence
   and Revenue Growth.

   The Project Adopts the TM Forum 3 Missions for CSP Digital
   Transformation:

   1) Composable & IT Ecosystem

   2) Data & AI Innovation

   3) Autonomous Network Operations.

   Champions STC Bahrain, Vodafone Turkey, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchinson and
   Hong Kong Telecom (HKT).

   Supported by Participants Innovative Solutions by Huawei, Hayat and
   Core9AI and integrate them into Autonomous Networks

   Traditionally O&M is based on Human approach (dependent on their
   knowledge and experience) to detect and resolve any network issues.
   This approach can not cope with the trend of more complicated
   networks, network SCALE and the demand for new network services in the
   future.

   We need to Transform from Network Centric to Service Centric to
   automate operations and to empower the Champions in their Digital
   Transformation to Accelerate Service Centric Autonomous Network
   Operations (ASCANO) to meet their R.I.S.E (Revenue, Innovation,
   Satisfaction and Experience) differentiated business objectives:

   1.For HKT, how to leverage GenAI to foster Proactive Customer
   Experience Optimization? Focus on Reducing customer compliant volume
   and Improving FCR (First Call Resolution).

   3.For IOH, how to leverage DTN to Improve Transport Resilience and

   This NOC, SOC & CRM Collaboration enables output VALUE to Monetize
   Proactive Customer Experience by increasing VIP ARPU through Churn

   NOC, SOC & CRM Collaboration created List of impacted users
   prioritized by VIP user due to RAN Site/Cell outages, KQI (experience)
   degradation detected on site together with the top XX worst
   user/cells. This triggers NOC Fault management, and SOC Service
   Quality management to analysis the service impact and gauge
   compensation using Algorithm and text compensation message to be
   issued to VIP customer.

   A Service Impact list sorted by VIP prioritization is notified to
   Customer Care Centre to be aware as VIP may call Customer Care Centre
   – Proactive Customer Care.

   accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

   4. Co-pilot translates to human-readable language to recommend
   Next-best Actions. The Co-pilot is an agent that assists Operations,
   while the Operations Expert remains in charge as the pilot

   Slide 13 VODAFONE POC 4: Service Oriented Operation: Innovative
   Solution:

   When a Network Fault is raised in the NOC(AUTIN) , the SOC(Smartcare)
   start a service impact assessment for affected users in the site/cell
   using the Smart Data Cube and Rule Engine to consume and correlate the
   SmartCare and AUTIN data. On the right-hand side is the deeper look at
   the flow of how these affected users are identified and passed back to
   the NOC to re-prioritize the Alarms based on Service Impact.

   Key Innovation is identifying the experience-based users based on Data
   KQI for Voice and Data. Comprehensive holistic view of whole site,
   affected site outage and the neighbouring cells are factored into the
   analysis. Flexible Rule engine for affected user experiences in
   different scenarios.

   Slide 14 VODAFONE POC 4 Service Oriented Operation: From Network to
   Service Centric

   Furthermore, the Work Orders sent to FMEs are reprioritized leading to
   fast experience issue/network fault identification (MTTR reduction)
   and Traffic Loss estimation. The affected user list is sent to the
   Customer Care (CC) centre for proactive customer care – information
   ahead of time of customer ringing CC centre leading to Churn Rate
   reduction, improved NPS. Lastly, when the site/cell is interrupted
   “service keep alive” solution is used to help migrate users with poor
   experience if possible to the neighbour cells to restore the service
   asap.

   Slide 15 VODAFONE POC 4: Interactive Demo

   Shows DaVinci Service Centric Operation, NOC-SOC Collaboration to
   support work order re-prioritization. As part of the 1st Storyline,
   the Network Alarms in the NOC are sorted by Critical and Major Faults.
   Then the engineer selects Service Impact Analysis using the SOC to
   generate the list of the affected users experience KQI based on Voice
   and Data. This affected user list is sent back to the NOC to
   reprioritize the Alarms based on priority weighting (for the site and
   number of impacted users). Next the engineer selects Auto Diagnose
   function to Root Cause the problem and if necessary Auto Dispatch the
   Work Order to the Field Maintenance Engineer (FME) who receives the
   notifications on their mobile app.

   In the 2nd part of the Storyline the Affected User List is sent to the
   Customer Care where Vodafone notify their Customer through their
   Customer App e.g. Vodafone ToBi App with a notification such as “Dear
   Customer, we apologize for the inconvenience cause by the failure of
   our base station. As a gesture of goodwill, we have provided you with
   5GB of Free Data valid for 1 week. Thank you for your understanding”

   Slide 16 VODAFONE POC 4 Business VALUE of Intelligent Service Impact
   using VOF

   This slide shows the Business VALUE Before and After the Solution of
   the POC in the city of Izmir for 3milllion subs accounting for 12% of
   total subs. in Turkey, across the dimensions 1) MMT-Resolution, where
   a people were saved in OPEX leading to a b% and €c k per year savings,
   2) Customer Complaints reduced number of calls by d k additional
   calls. Reduced OPEX by €e k per year, 3) Service Impact Total Traffic
   savings secured Revenue of €f k per year and 4) Customer Experience
   Impact g% Churn Rate reduction giving a secured customer lifetime

   Established communications service providers are finding it difficult
   to sustain growth through their core network operations alone, as
   mature markets see limited potential for increased revenue and income.
   Constant heavy investments in networking capabilities will not support
   long-term business success.

   Instead, CSPs must seek out new growth avenues by diversifying into
   areas that can generate sustainable growth and fresh revenue streams
   for the future. As resources become tighter, strategic and effective
   investment has become a critical strategic priority.

   While some CSPs recognize the need to look beyond traditional telecom
   for expansion opportunities, determining the best directions and
   sectors to invest in new "blue oceans" is challenging. With core
   telecom facing saturation, CSPs must carefully evaluate prospective
   new business domains.

   Thorough research is needed to identify expansion options that
   maximize current strengths and tap promising trends, while minimizing

   By applying the WISE approach, Telkomsel believe that CSPs must

   This Catalyst team used and contributed XX+ TMF assets.

     * Apart team-mates leading two members projects (DT4DI, ODE,),
       members also actively use and contributed to TMF assets that
       related to multiple TMF members projects (e.g. ODE, ODA, DT4DI,
       AN, AIOps).

     * We believe the long-term sustainability recipe shall combine value
       creation & measurement (e.g. DT4DI, ODE, ) with autonomy and
       efficiency (AO) in the context of the TM Forum ODA framework.

   Initially, the goal of developing the WISE framework was to help
   telecommunications companies make strategic investment decisions
   focused on sustainably growing their core services. This included
   advising on investments in network infrastructure and
   telecommunications technology upgrades. However, it was recognized
   that the WISE approach could provide value beyond a single sector. It
   could guide companies in identifying new business directions and
   opportunities for diversification.

   In other words, the WISE investment evaluation method was designed to
   be applicable across all types of companies, not just those in
   telecommunications.

   CSPs face growing challenges in driving business growth while managing
   increasingly complex operations. Current siloed AI deployments limit
   efficiency, hinder ROI assessment, and create barriers to staff
   engagement with AI. The rise of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI
   agents presents a transformative opportunity to address these
   challenges. However, they also present unique technical obstacles,
   such as reconciling the deterministic requirements of applications
   with the inherent uncertainty of LLM outputs, enhancing LLMs' accuracy
   in complex task planning, and improving their ability to continuously
   reflect and adapt during execution.

   Participating operators and vendors have reached an industry consensus
   that LLM-based AI agents are the key to tackling these issues. They
   also point out that operators need a systematic approach to guide the
   application of this advanced technology in production to achieve goals
   such as improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer
   experience, and exploring rapidly evolving demands, ultimately
   reaching a new level of autonomous operations.

   This innovative project pioneers the introduction of an LLM-based AI
   agent implementation framework and technical architecture, promoting
   the seamless integration of LLMs and AI agents with telecom operator
   processes. The implementation framework includes the VOF value model
   and execution system, adhering to industry standards such as ODA,
   AIOps, DT4DI, and AOMM, ensuring scalability and adaptability in
   telecom business cases. The technical architecture applies the
   operator's digital twins and domain knowledge to large model training.
   The framework proposes the use of engineering methods to effectively
   reduce AI agent hallucination and lower the threshold for business
   personnel to write agents, greatly improving the reliability and
   usability of AI agents and making them applicable to multiple value
   streams in telecom operations, maintenance, and customer experience
   management.

   In this project, China Telecom and HKT conducted pilots in areas such
   as broadband home self-service, customer complaint handling, and VVIP
   user experience assurance, achieving tangible results in operational
   efficiency improvement, operational cost savings, and customer
   satisfaction enhancement. Operators plan to extend the solution to
   support a wider range of areas, including new business development,
   stable and secure operations, operational efficiency improvement, and
   green energy-saving initiatives. This project sets a new benchmark for
   best practices for other telecom operators and vendors. Furthermore,
   participants are actively collaborating to participate in TM Forum
   standard construction, promoting broader industry cooperation and
   encouraging more partners to embark on this transformative journey
   together.

   Vodafone (Champion) and Orange (Champion) - The technical leads,
   providing guidance to ensure the alignment of the Catalyst
   contribution with TM Forum assets. Their expertise aids in creating
   realistic network scenarios that closely mirror real-world networks in
   terms of architecture and parameters. They play a crucial role in
   shaping the showcase scenarios.

   Comarch (Participant) - As both project and marketing leads, Comarch
   also takes on the role of technical co-leads. They are responsible for
   driving the end-to-end sequence of Catalyst scenarios and preparing
   test scenarios. Additionally, Comarch oversees the provisioning and
   implementation of the Multicriteria Intelligent Resource Allocation
   (MIRA) algorithm logic. They provide the necessary OSS and AI
   platforms for the project's execution.

   NATEC (Participant) - Is tasked with providing the integration layer
   platform for the project. Their expertise contributes to the
   integration guidance and support required for a seamless operation.
   Similar to other participants, NATEC is involved in aligning the
   Catalyst contribution with TM Forum assets.

   Inetum (Participant) - Is focused on implementing the On Guard Tour
   algorithm, which determines the CSPs responsible for managing the RAN.
   They also handle the integration logic. Much like the other
   participants, Inetum's role extends to ensuring alignment with TM
   Forum assets.

   ► Impact on transforming the telco industry:

   Sensitivity to greenhouse gas emissions and the carbon footprint of
   telecommunications activities. Awareness of this problem is global and
   there is an element that differentiates and influences the choices of
   customers of telecommunications services. The telecommunications
   industry has a significant share in total electricity consumption,
   estimated at 2%. In the basic variant, it is used to significantly
   reduce costs by switching off redundant elements of the
   telecommunications network. Our Catalyst uses a method based not only
   on static traffic forecasts but also on a flexible AI model. It was
   designed as an agile solution, an open platform that can dynamically
   control changing conditions and react according to flexible criteria
   and parameter values, optimize the RAN access network, and respond to
   changes in the current situation and more complex traffic models. It
   also uses information obtained from the characteristics and levels of
   energy consumption, including the virtualization of network elements,
   to make more adequate network configuration decisions. It also has a
   fully automated module responsible for organizing the execution of
   self-designed reconfigurations in the network. It is responsible for
   the optimal sequence of changes and adaptation of orders to the
   specificity of the equipment. A completely new factor is the ability
   to include information on the availability and level of green energy
   in the set of criteria. In addition to reducing costs and the carbon
   footprint, the business model of telecommunications companies is
   changing. So far, the competitive model has prevailed. Challenges
   related to the emergence of new generation networks, operating on the
   basis of new technologies, in new frequency bands, and having many
   times greater data transmission capacity - the cost of energy creates
   and strengthens the need for cooperation between operators. Our
   Catalyst is an example of such fair and transparent cooperation
   between two operators in a win-win scenario.

   How will the success of the solution be measured?

   The main benefits of our product are, firstly calculating accurate
   per-technology traffic forecasts (3, 6, 12, 18, 24,... months down the
   line) and secondly optimizing the network rollout plan to serve that
   future demand.

   To measure success of the traffic forecasts, we track deviations
   between our traffic forecasts and the actual traffic demanded per site
   and technology over a period of time.

   To measure the success of the rollout plan, a naive approach would
   focus on a comparison of the optimization algorithms, comparing the
   Smart CAPEX-optimized rollout plans versus rollout plans calculated by
   other approaches (more simplistics approaches such as Golden Sites or
   manual rollouts calculated by the CSP’s Network Planning teams). This
   has the advantage of being an objective, simple to calculate metric.
   This would be a typical lab measurement, and it would be a typical
   “engineering” approach.

   However, we strive to go beyond this and provide a holistic view of
   how successful our tool and our methodology are. We can not simply
   focus on the mathematical elements of the solution while ignoring the
   market environment, we are not operating in a vacuum: Calculating an
   optimized rollout for a traffic that is not there brings no benefits
   to the CSPs. We need, firstly, to build an accurate traffic
   projection, and only then we should focus on how good our optimization
   algorithms are.

   Looking at previous deployments in several countries, AI-ML Smart
   CAPEX unlocks CAPEX and OPEX efficiency gains of 15-20% on the new
   Network investments and a significant OPEX saving on the existing
   Network Infrastructure.

AN empowers distinctive experience for cognitive transformation

   1. Storyline & Solution

   According to the AN report, TM Forum 2023, 71% CSPs take “Customer
   Experience” as TOP1 Driver of Network Automation. There are three key
   issues proposed by Champions that will lead to poor user experience,
   including service congestion caused by massive network usage, network
   frequent failure and long service provision and change waiting time.

   To provide Zero-X user experience in these scenarios, the network
   faces a lot of challenges, including but not limited to the following
   aspects: 1)High workload for radio complaint handling, 2)Recognize &
   self-healing massive users experience deterioration, 3)Real-time
   transport resource assurance, 4)Ensure real-time network experience in
   dynamic IP networks, 5)Achieve e2e fault detection & quality
   monitoring, 6)Deal with traffic boost and sudden failures in ran
   networks, 7)Collaborate IP and optical effectively to ensure
   excellence network experience, 8)Quickly autonomous service
   provisioning.

   To address the preceding challenges, multiple innovative AN solutions
   are proposed:

     * Customer Complaint AI-Driven Handling: AI-based potential CP user
       recognition, rule-based problem cause auto-analysis.

     * Massive User Event AN Assurance: AI power E2E self-x assurance,
       true cross-domain RCA, rule base decision orchestration,
       intelligent on-demand change & rollback.

     * Proactive Optical Assurance with AI Prediction: AI-based resource
       visualization, forecast, warning, and online visualized planning.

     * Transport (IP) Assurance with Digital Twin: multi-dimensional
       visualization, differential path computation, Poor-QoE
       identification & diagnosis, traffic optimization

     * AI-based E2E Incident Management: AI-based automatic analysis and
       self-Identification, proactive abnormal awareness and prediction

     * Real-time RAN Remote Repair: real-time cell outage detection and
       compensation automatically, min-level traffic burst awareness and
       intelligent burst control.

     * Multi-layer Transport Fault Demarcation: unified topology
       visualization, multi-layer fault demarcation, health doctor,
       latency optimization.

     * Intent Based E2E Autonomous Service Provisioning: intent-based
       network, scenario-based orchestration, one-stop integrated
       delivery.

   Based on the preceding solutions, there are some achievements from
   CSPs' implementation. Zero-X is measured by Key Effectiveness
   Indicators (KEI). From the Zero Touch perspective, the number of total
   radio complaints were reduced by 10%. In terms of Zero Trouble, TT
   automation rate increased from 20% to 85%, and TTM was reduced from
   1.5 days to 7 minutes for Zero Wait.

   2. Team Collaborations

   During 4Q2022 and 1Q2023, AIS, ZAIN and Huawei initiated the project,
   which was subsequently joined by other companies. After brainstorming,
   the team developed the idea that experience improvement is a major
   proposition that ANs need to address.In March 2023, challenges were
   identified, including poor network experience, poor network stability
   and long service waiting time. Solutions were designed in April to
   address these challenges. Actions including building solution
   architecture, defining innovation scenario and AN goal, as well as
   evaluating the operation process and identifying gaps were
   implemented.The concepts are proved in live networks from May through
   August, in which AI, automation and digital twin were introduced into
   the system and process.Currently, the team is preparing for the
   showcase at DTW in September.

   All Champions and participants collaborated and contributed to the
   success of the Catalyst program by teaming up with periodic workshops
   and open mind sharing meeting.

   Champions raised pain points and chose to pioneer corresponding issues
   while also engaging with others. AIS and TSEL spearheaded programs
   related to user experience. The issue of poor network stability was
   initiated by ZAIN and MTN, and China Unicom took the lead on Zero Wait
   scenarios.

   Participants worked together to solve these problems. Huawei designed
   multiple solutions by applying technologies such as AI, LLM, digital
   twin, automation, etc. OSSera deployed solution on single platform for
   entire telco network and Futurewei designed AN business architecture.

   Each Champion engages in various technical feasibility evaluation
   across business, service and resource layer that includes deep dive
   discussion on tested AN use case and demanding capability gap with
   participants for faster roadmap realization.

AsyncAPI - Phase II

   In phase one of the catalyst, we successfully demonstrated the use of
   the AsyncAPI standards for event driven architectures as an
   alternative to the existing OpenAPI REST based definition. The TMF
   have now adopted AsyncAPI and a version of TMF 925 Async Trouble
   ticket is available on their site in the pre-production table.

   In this second phase of the catalyst we want to build on the work to
   create a real-world scenario using the ODA Canvas to show a use case
   that can use both AsyncAPI and OpenAPI as service providers will not
   be building all new systems and most likely evolve towards an event
   driven architecture and leverage their existing components as that
   happens.

   We will use a gateway that acts as an event bridge that provides an
   implementation of the TMF 688 event management API that allows
   components to create and register for topics over which event
   notifications can be sent. The topics can be sent either over OpenAPI
   REST call backs or to Kafka topics using AsyncAPI.

   The gateway will allow a company’s partners to use OpenAPI REST calls
   but does not require them to adopt new technologies, while allowing a
   company to transform its stack using a mix of existing components and
   new components built on Kafka or other such technologies.

   The component will be made available to members in the ODA Canvas as
   part of the catalyst, but the Oryx gateway requires a licence to use.

   We will submit a document that is a set of guidelines and
   recommendations on how to implement Async API using the TMF Event
   Management API which we hope will become an official TMF document.


By allowing companies to leverage EDA they will be able to take advantage of the agility, flexibility and resilience the technology offers.

Atlas: telco autonomous operations for verticals - Phase II

   1. Storyline & Solution

   Telecom operators have natural advantages in networks, data,
   technology, and play a crucial role in the global economic digital
   transformation. They empower digital transformation in various sectors
   by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as 5G and AI, driving the
   digital economy to develop in more fields and at a deeper level.

   Last year, China Telecom made the "ordering, activation, utilization,
   and assurance of 5G private networks" as the main theme of phase I of
   this catalyst. We are pleased to see that the outcomes of phase I,
   such as service agile provisioning, end-to-end service assurance, have
   been applied to more and more vertical customers. A new growth model
   driven by network based IT and data elements, has become the second
   growth curve for operators, with 5G cloud network business is the key
   point.

   By 2023, telecom operators in China have entered the phase of
   large-scale deployment of cloud network autonomous operations. They
   are planning and constructing automation and intelligent capabilities
   to cater to a broader range of specialties, encompassing a wider
   variety of products, and driving the automation and intelligence of
   more production and operational scenarios. Therefore, in phase II of
   this Atlas catalyst, we expand the original autonomous capabilities
   which support the E2E production process for 5G private networks into
   four aspects: "customer experience management, product operation,
   cloud network infrastructure operation, and general technology
   basement". Therefore, we have formed four special topics or scenarios
   for phase II to support more products and businesses, and continue to
   evolve towards higher levels of cloud network autonomous operation.
   This also perfectly aligns with China Telecom's vision of
   "Ultra-premium customer experience, Ultra-fast telecom services, and
   Ultra-intelligent cloud-network O&M".

   These 4 topics are introduced in detail as follows:

   1) Customer experience management for verticals. Facing the market gap
   of CEM in the industry, we construct a customer experience evaluation
   metrics and deploy a 5G service quality assurance system that matches
   the industry's requirements, completing the construction of customized
   5G private network operation and maintenance modules for vertical
   enterprises.

   2) Closed loop of private network autonomous operation. We take the
   optical transmission network as an example to explain automated and
   intelligent process, such as business opening, fault management, and
   product service quality assurance, in order to solve problems such as
   long opening time, difficult fault RCA, and difficult SLA assurance.

   3) Metro Cloud Network, which takes the operation and maintenance of
   vBRAS as an example, to introduce how telcos can solve the challenges
   brought by network virtualization, and CT/IT integration.

   4) Digital twin technique. We will use digital twin as a typical
   technology basement and show its applications in network
   visualization, planning, and simulation deduction.

   These typical scenarios can be seen as pieces of jigsaw puzzle. They
   will form a full picture that will help you to have a more
   comprehensive and clearer understanding of how telcos enable the
   digital transformation of vertical industry, and finally achieve the
   goal of L4 autonomous operation.

   2. Team Collaborations

   This project have 25 people from 6 companies form a joint project team,
   which includes two champions: China Telecom, China Union, four
   participants: Huawei, ZTE, AsiaInfo, Nokia.

   Guided by the vision of “Three Ultra”, based on the "four-layer and
   four-closed-loop" architecture of China Telecom's Autonomous
   Cloud-network O&M, the four vendors focus on the four directions of
   "customer experience, product service, cloud-network operation, and
   network digital twin" to carry out application innovation and realize
   single-domain autonomous.

     * Nokia: Build the autonomous capability of customer experience
       quality assurance.

     * Huawei: Build the autonomous closed-loop capability of service
       provisioning to operation.

     * ZTE: Build the autonomous capability of Innovative vBRAS network
       solution in new metropolitan area network.

     * AsiaInfo: Build the autonomous capability of network digital twin
       technology.

   Two carriers are responsible for cross-layer integration and E2E
   business process streamlining to upgrade cloud-network operation
   automation and intelligence, supporting service development and
   efficient O&M.

   3. Innovation and uniqueness of the catalyst project

   4. Catalyst Value

   These application scenarios have been deployed internally and
   externally by Chinese operators in the past year, and the benefits
   they have brought to vertical industry customers are evident.

     1. The customer experience quality assurance capability has been
       deployed in five province branches. The handling time of customer
       complaints has been reduced from 4.5 hours to 3 hours, the timely
       handling rate of complaints has been increased from 80% to 93%,
       and the accuracy rate of identifying service quality anomaly has
       been increased from 30% to 75%.

     2. The closed-loop of autonomous capability from service opening to
       operation has been piloted and verified by China Telecom. It has
       been deployed in multiple province branches, serving over 2000
       government and enterprise clients in more than ten vertical
       industries. The autonomous level is increased from L2 to L3+, and
       the customer satisfaction is improved by 2.1PP. The provisioning
       duration of cross-province private line services is reduced from
       weeks to days. The annual revenue of supported services reaches
       billions of RMB.

     3. VBRAS innovation capability in Metro Cloud Network has been
       piloted in production networks in 7 provinces of China Telecom,
       resulting in a decrease of over 10% in comprehensive network
       operation costs and an 85% reduction in fault location time.

     4. The network digital twin capability has been validated in China
       Telecom Zhejiang province branch about the prototype system for
       key business scenarios of the Asian Games. It has been promoted to
       multiple other province branches as well. The network failure rate
       decreased by 68%, manual operation and maintenance costs decreased
       by 60%, and the efficiency of emergency handling increased by 60%.

   5. Usage of TMF Assets

   Since the first catalyst project we led in 2018, we have attached
   great importance to the use of TMF assets during the project
   implementation process, as well as the contribution and promotion of
   catalyst achievements to TMF standard projects. In fact, the AIOps
   working group in the Data&AI theme of the Collaboration project now
   comes from the AIOps catalyst project phases I to III from 2018 to
   2019. Atlas Phase II mainly uses a series of related standards such as
   AN, AIOps, eTOM, DT4DI, etc. in TM Forum.

     * Refer to AN series standards as the goal and scope guidance for
       this project, important use case scenarios have been established.

     * Refer to the AIOps series standards to determine the application
       methods of AI technology during system development and operation,
       reducing system development and maintenance costs.

     * Refer to eTOM series standards to design the system framework of
       this project and improve system development efficiency.

     * Refer to the DT4DI series standards to study how to apply digital
       twin technology to enable vertical industry digitization and
       intelligence, and increase operational effectiveness.

   At the same time, the Catalyst project innovation achievements have
   been fed back to TMF assets. This year, we have successively exported
   IG1274F E2E AIOps system functional architecture, IG1274H AIOps
   capability management. And also, we have contributed the theoretical
   innovation and use case solutions of Chinese operators in the field of
   autonomous operation into TMF AN5.0 and DT4DI white papers,
   respectively. These achievements will be continuously iterated and
   updated within the standards working group.
