The proposed solution focuses on establishing a trust factor for the called / calling party to ensure that CSP has the ability to allow the call routed through them is from legitimate sources such that they can provide a “Quality of Trust” (QoT) to their subscribers. Though there are many Fraud Management solutions, framework, etc is already available in the market, our proposed solution is unique to provide an ability to establish a trust mechanism between A party and B party while making call or sending SMS and routed through their respective CSP’s. This innovative solution focus on “QoT” concept and the onus is on CSP to ensure that the subscriber only receive the legitimate calls / sms. The solution to be built to use niche technologies to build scrub the calls against a trusted source of data and build an algorithm to validate against it to determine whether the call/sms is from legitimate source and can it be allowed?. This provides confidence and Trust for subscribers with CSP so that they receive authenticated calls / sms.
