Gaming is becoming a new killer app for service providers. The needs for a premium gaming experience encompasses consumers (players), businesses (game developers), large events, service providers (transport networks), CDNs and cloud providers (hosting). This project will demonstrate how to create this premium experience for a CSP and maintain Service Level Agreements that will enable monetization. The closed-loop and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies are compatible with the Autonomous Network bjectives. The proposal will include the use of a modern transport network that can guarantee transport SLAs thanks to segment routing and network slicing, providing resource closed-loop. Additionally, the use of active probes with AI capabilities allows to synthetize the gaming Quality of Experience (QoE) and a powerful AIOps platform provides additional services/businesses and customer-centric closed-loops, an imperative for Autonomous Networks. An initial test of this concept was implemented during the 2024 Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This catalyst project will expand the art of the possible by demonstrating new level of autonomy and. The innovation of this project is the addition of the monitoring and AI agents at resource, service, business and user level which enable the implementation of all four closed-loop in the TMF Autonomous Networks architecture.
