Fred Brown brings 34 years of management and technology consulting expertise, primarily working with Fortune 50 clients at Accenture and PwC. Throughout his career, Fred has been a key advisor to AT&T, guiding the company through mergers, large-scale transformation initiatives, and major technology rollouts. His work focuses on redefining business strategies, optimizing cost structures, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and enhancing customer experiences. A proven leader, Fred has built and led high-performing teams, delivering measurable results while fostering strong, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues across the communications industry.

Fred’s current focus at PwC is centered on leveraging the power of Gen AI to drive innovation and operational transformation for his clients. He leads efforts around implementing AI-driven solutions that streamline business processes, enhance decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation. Fred is also exploring how to maximize the potential of AI Autonomous Agents to revolutionize business operations, aiming to significantly reduce costs and unlock new revenue streams.

In addition to his professional work, Fred is passionate about helping underserved teenagers and young adults envision a better future and build the skills necessary to achieve success in life. In 2017, he founded Ignite MindShift, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and equipping teenagers and young adults with the mindset and self-leadership skills necessary for success in life and work. As Board Chair, Fred drives the organization’s strategy, fosters key partnerships, and spends personal time teaching underserved communities. His efforts with the Ignite MindShift team have impacted thousands of young people, providing them with the life skills and tools to thrive in today’s complex world.

Fred is also a Certified Performance Coach, using his coaching expertise to mentor colleagues at PwC and guide students through Ignite MindShift, helping them develop critical skills for achieving peak performance.

Outside of work and Ignite MindShift, Fred enjoys international traveling with his family, learning Billiards, and keeping up with advancements in AI, particularly the newest LLMs and tools, and finding innovative ways to practically apply these technologies to benefit businesses and individuals.
