As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, AT&T Services, Inc., Jon leads a team responsible for advancing information technology performance and delivering technical solutions with a focus on return on investment and increasing efficiency while improving quality and enhancing the experience of end users. Jon supports AT&T’s global workforce with tools, technologies, and shared services to enable faster and more efficient delivery of end-user, workgroup and customer solutions. These responsibilities include global end-user tools, technologies and support, corporate systems, shared technology platforms and services, and AT&T’s software development and lifecycle management function. Jon is also responsible for AT&T’s Technology Development Program, which is focused on the development of technical talent across the organization.

Jon has held a variety of Technology and Product Development, Marketing, and Operations roles at AT&T over a 30-year career. Prior to his current role, Jon served as CIO, Technology Development, where he was responsible for software and life cycle management for IT systems spanning AT&T’s mobility, video, broadband, and enterprise solutions portfolio. He also served as Senior Vice President, AT&T Advanced Solutions, with P&L responsibility across AT&T’s cloud hosting, security, WiFi, data and public safety businesses. Jon has also held senior leadership positions in the network technology development area.

A passionate advocate for volunteerism and community engagement, Jon supports numerous charitable organizations including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and DECA, which helps to prepare high school and college students for future careers.

Jon earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from Stanford University. He and his family live in Dallas.
