Resolve Business Partner Problem resolves a Business Partner problem and makes the results of the assessment and investigation available to other processes. It records how a Business Partner problem inquiry was resolved. For example, a Business Partner may accept that a product is now working properly after its underlying service(s) and/or resource(s) have been reconfigured or replaced in the case of resource(s). It also updates the status of a Business Partner problem to resolved and informs the Close Business Partner Problem process that a Business Partner problem has been resolved. Note that external parties may also be involved in the resolution.<br/>
