As AI becomes more prevalent, ethical AI is becoming increasingly important to business thanks to its high customer and business impact. It’s an increasingly urgent and a key topic to ensure ethical, responsible, and trustworthy AI for the typical use case(s)such as chatbots. We need tangible and proper methods, tools, and best practices to safeguard ethical AI by design to prevent and/or mitigate bias and ensure AI ethics principles, fairness, transparency, etc. This Catalyst, championed by Vodafone and XL Axiata, aims to build a tangible tool that provides the industry with an indexing score to audit 'black-box' models for those AI Ethics principles.
