Cloud-Network Service Experience 1.0 defines 1A-5A measurement indicators and test methods from the black box perspective. The mapping between customer-oriented service experience capabilities and network capabilities (L1-L5) needs to be further described. This cloud network service experience project 2.0 attempts to further elaborate the implicit relationship by formulating the hierarchical interface standards and test methods for OSS and network interoperability.
