CSPs, in its role as an incumbent in UK geo has a key role to play in the Number management space. Working very closely with its peers and regulatory bodies often needs traversing its way through a mesh of complicated non-standard processes, architecture, and interfaces. With its commitment to reduce activation and porting cycle time, a standardized Numbering platform is a necessity. Standardization of Logical resource management has always been a challenging aspect for Service providers and regulatory bodies. The complex product offerings and diversified business model evolution over the past few years with the addition of M2M, IOT, etc., has added to the woes of CSPs and regulatory bodies. The key here is standardization. The project continues to contribute to TM Forum ODA and Open API repository by building reusable assets that extend its purview beyond CSPs and help address challenges faced across regulatory bodies and CSPs. This solution will help to improve the overall cycle time for Number management and porting.
