The solution provides accurate, comprehensive data to support automation, cutting manual effort in multiple areas, for instance, enabling proactive issue resolution reducing response times, leading to quicker, more reliable customer interactions. GenAI-driven network reliability directly impacts customer satisfaction, boosting Net Promoter Score (NPS) and retention rates. The standards-based, modular design allows for easy scalability, ensuring swift deployment across CSP markets. We will employ GenAI in order to access and analyze the network data and potentially act upon issues in the network. The success of the Catalyst project will lead to the ability to expose comprehensive, accurate data from a fragmented network and data sources environment, enabling efficient operations across network and services lifecycle, e.g., supporting enhanced assurance processes leading to increase end-user satisfaction.
