Consistent service experience across technology domains is a key priority for CSPs to improve margins, retain customers and attract new customers. In addition, as many regions around the world have limited or poor quality access, satellite is increasingly being seen as the answer. While this is good for connectivity, the nature of connectivity technologies involved can create a fragmented experience for customers / users.
This Catalyst intends to use AI to proactively identify linkages between network performance and service performance in the converged satellite / 5G scenario in the context of digital experience metrics. Post identification, the Catalyst will address service level management.
