The key challenge in promoting sustainability to masses lies in bridging the gap between individual willingness and actionable steps. While many people are eager to support eco-friendly practices, they often lack clarity on how to begin or contribute effectively. Our innovative solution addresses this challenge by integrating sustainability into telecom through Loyalty Programs and Gamification where in rewards are extended as usable/redeemable Green Credits. By incentivizing mobile subscribers to adopt eco-friendly products and services, we plan to provide a seamless, transparent, and engaging way for individuals to make a difference. Additionally, by onboarding sustainable brands we can create a marketplace for environmentally conscious services and products, giving customers access to curated, impactful choices. The business value of this initiative is multifaceted: • For Telecom Providers (DSPs): Enhances brand image by aligning with sustainability goals, fostering stronger customer loyalty. • For Partners: Opens new revenue streams and opportunities for bundled, end-to-end services. • For Customers: Rewards them with tangible benefits for choosing sustainable alternatives without compromising service quality. Our approach leverages cutting-edge technologies like AI to offer personalized recommendations and promotions, ensuring customer needs and preferences are met while driving eco-conscious behavior.
