Following Figure depicts the utilization of the generic project model presented in the special context of SCRUM by plugging in an extension blade. SCRUM is an iterative incremental process of delivery commonly used with agile software development. The SCRUM specific business entities were added specializing and concretizing business entities of the project ABE without changing or modifying the logical structure.<br/>The SCUM blade specializes most of the generic project entities:<br/>In SCRUM ProjectElements are BacklogItems and Tasks (derived from acitivity); ProjectPartyRoles are the ProductOwner as the representative of the customer, ProjectContructor and the ScrumMaster. The deliverables of a SCRUM like project are WorkingIncrements; the project schedule consists of multiple Sprints.<br/>Specific to SCRUM is the Impediment that has no corresponding entity in the generic project model.<br/>
