Figure A.05 - Agreement Item and Its Related Entities

Agreements can involve a number of Products, Services, and/or Resources, as well as their specifications.  For example, an order from a new customer may specify a number of desired ProductOfferings; a ServiceLevelAgreement may specify the Services covered by the Agreement.  <br/>Items on an Agreement may also be characterized by one or many prices.  The price may be a one-off price or a price associated to a ProductOffering (in the case of an order for a Product).  The figure below shows how terms and conditions of an Agreement, along with a price, can be related to an AgreementItem and an Agreement.<br/>
