ServiceLevelAgreements do possess one unique characteristic. An AgreementItem is related to a ServiceLevelSpecification (see GB922 – Service guide book). A ServiceLevelSpecification is a group of ServiceLevelObjectives, such as thresholds, metrics, and tolerances, along with consequences that result from not meeting the objectives. ServiceLevelSpecifications are also characterized by exclusions associated to the Specification. These concepts are shown in the figure below.<br/>
