This challenge is a significant opportunity for communications service providers to explore and harness the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI). With Generative AI (GenAI) as a driving force, telecom companies can aspire to realize a substantial 30% increase in EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) and strategically enhance operational efficiency.
This technology can be employed to optimize network management, enhance customer service, or streamline various internal processes. By doing so, telecom providers can not only deliver superior services but also reduce operational costs, thus significantly impacting their earnings.
GenAI can also help in predictive maintenance of network infrastructure, personalized customer interactions, and innovative pricing strategies, ultimately contributing to the growth and competitiveness of telecommunication businesses in a rapidly evolving industry landscape. The possibilities are endless.
Each Moonshot Challenge will be allocated a board-level Executive Coach to provide invaluable feedback on business readiness and technical viability. Executive coaches would be scheduling a 30-minute advisory call with allocated Moonshot Catalysts, to guide them & offer their feedback.
