This proposal addresses the critical issue of ensuring responsible AI in telco sector. With the increasing adoption of AI/GenAI technologies, there is a pressing need to establish robust guardrails that ensure AI systems are safe and reliable. The lack of standardized frameworks for assessing AI risks and auditing black-box AI solutions poses significant challenges for CSPs in maintaining trust and compliance. The business value of this initiative lies in its alignment with Vodafone's priorities of 'Customer, Simplicity, and Growth'. By implementing responsible AI guardrails and standardized frameworks, CSPs can confidently deploy AI/GenAI solutions at scale, knowing that they are minimizing risks and adhering to best practices.
