The sending and the reception of the Document is seen through the Interaction and do not impact the Document state.<br/>During a building phase, the Document is a Draft state.<br/>Then it can be validated according to business rules and then change to a Validated state. Only Documents in a Validated state can be transmitted.<br/>When the valid period of a Document is exceeded, the state is changed to Deprecated.<br/><br/>
