The purpose of the Customer Management Capability Delivery processes is to create and maintain the required capabilities needed to: <br/>- effectively generate and retrieve insights from customer activities; <br/>- ensure the organization has the capability to meet the customer's contact and interaction expectations.<br/>- create the total capabilities required to support the delivery of customer support in a timely, effective and reliable way to customers; <br/>- create capabilities to design internal views of Customer Journey templates to which particular customer engagements can be mapped and processed for multiple interactions, multiple channels, multiple intents.<br/>
