Thresholds for the RevenueAssuranceParameters are characteristics of RevenueAssuranceObjectives as shown in the following Figure.<br/>At times the simple rules defined by the attributes of RevenueAssuranceObjectives are not sufficient to determine if a discrepancy should be created based on the RevenueAssuranceParameterValue. In these cases, the rules would be defined by a PolicySet, which could be a PolicyRule or a PolicyGroup. <br/>
