The outcome of an assessment is defined by the RevenueAssuranceAssessmentResult business entity as shown in Figure RA.18. A result may be a RevenueAssuranceRecommendation or may be an identified RevenueAssuranceTrend. A trend is defined by its associated RevenueAssuranceParmValues and a RevenueAssuranceParameter as shown in the figure. For example, a recommendation may be to expand the time period during with a KPI is applicable; a trend may show an increasing number of customers not billed over a month-long period.<br/>
