As the RevenueAssuranceTroubleTicket is being investigated or after it is closed, a root cause for it and other trouble tickets may be found. The root causes can be created as an instance of RevenueAssuranceTroubleTicket and related, using the BusinessInteractionRelationship entity, to the associated RevenueAssuranceTroubleTIckets for which it is the root cause.
