Figure RA.13 - RA Action

Revenue Assurance Action/Response ABE entities represent the result of reconciling Revenue Assurance Trouble Tickets by initiating and performing a series of one or more activities.  Revenue Assurance Action/Response ABE entities also model the root cause for Revenue Assurance Trouble Tickets based on rules that trigger root cause analysis.<br/>The actions taken as a result of a RevenueAssuranceTroubleTicket being created are shown in Figure RA.13.  Both the RevenueAssuranceActionSpec and the RevenueAssuranceAction entities inherit from existing activity entities that are part of the Project ABE in the Common Business Entities domain.  RevenueAssuranceActionSpec and RevenueAssuranceAction represent an application of the EntitySpecification/Entity pattern used throughout the SID.<br/>
