Since RevenueAssuranceActivitySpec is a subclass of ActivitySpec and RevenueAssuranceAction is a subclass of Activitythe the association between ActivitySpec and Activity is inherited.</i><br/>The set of actions that may be performed to resolve a RevenueAssuranceTroubleTicket are modeled using the association between a RevenueAssuranceTroubleTicketSpec and RevenueAssuranceActionSpec.  The association is shown in Figure RA.14.<br/>The RevenueAssuranceTroubleTicketSpec enables one or more RevenueAssuranceActionSpecs to be selected for which instances of RevenueAssuranceAction are created and associated to the applicable RevenueAssuranceTroubleTicket.  In the service usage example, the types of activities may include reviewing the customer account, checking the rating software, requesting a bug fix, close out the trouble ticket, and so forth.<br/>
