<font color="#29313b">At the most fundamental level [Zachman], [Coad-Archetypes] the world can be thought of as comprising of entities that answer the 5 fundamental questions.</font><br/><font color="#29313b">This section of the SID answers the question “who?” and deals with people and organizations in the context of the eTOM, which looks at processes from a Service Provider’s point of view.</font><br/><font color="#29313b">“The eTOM is a business process model or framework that provides the enterprise processes required for a service provider.” [eTOM]</font><br/><font color="#29313b">Organizations can be internal (department, subsidiary) or external to the Service Provider (suppliers, customers).</font><br/><font color="#29313b">Individuals can be internal (employees, board members) or external to the Service Provider (customers, organization contacts, shareholders).</font><br/>
