A set of performance entities, PerformanceApplicability, PerformanceThresholdApplicability, PerformanceThresholdApplicablityConsequence, controls applicability as shown in following Figure. For example, an instance of a PerformanceThreshold may apply to only to peak usage ours of 8AM – 5PM; or a PerformanceConsequence for an instance of PerformanceThreshold may only apply on the weekends.<br/>
