<font color="#29313b">Initially the shipment has to be done at Customer’s home.</font><br/><font color="#29313b">If ever the customer isn’t at home, the business rule might be to deliver the parcel in the nearby Pick-Up & Go. The status of the ShipmentCheckPoint (ST 02 Step 2) is changed to “aborted Customer not at home”.</font><br/><font color="#29313b">Then a new ShipmentCheckPoint is created (ST 03 Step 3) specifying that the parcel will be delivered in the nearby Pick-Up & Go.</font><br/><font color="#29313b">Once it is done, a new ShipmentCheckPoint is initialized specifying the parcel is available.</font><br/><font color="#29313b">Once the parcel is picked-up by the customer, the CheckPoint is completed and the electronic or paper signature is tracked as a Document.</font><br/><br/>
